I’m a certified transformation coach (ICF PCC), creative consultant, and the founder of Wemanity Coaching practice.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of the performing arts, group development, and leadership, guiding individuals and teams to co-create environments where creativity and collaboration thrive. I’m also a stage director, writer, and performer, bringing a global and artistic lens to how we grow as human beings—together.

As a French and American citizen, a joyful Buddhist, and a lifelong advocate for women, LGBTQ+ communities, and cross-cultural and intergenerational dialogue, I believe human development is not a solo journey—it’s a shared creative act. I live in Brooklyn, New York, with my partner Mike, our son Camille, and our daughter Joséphine. Find out more

CREATIVE COLLABORATOR

I am a multi-faceted artist, social therapeutic group coach, and art -ivist. Trained as a theatrical improviser, I use improv, play, and the expressive arts to help people find joy. Having found my way to collage, I have experienced first hand ways that creativity is therapeutic and uses curiosity and wonder and playful exploration. As a faculty member of the East Side Institute, I lead improvisational, social therapeutic sessions that have impacted activists, educators and scholars from around the world. I am the co-author (with Carrie Lobman) of “Playing Around with Changing the World,” a chapter about this work in The Applied Improvisation Mindset, published by Bloomsbury Press in 2021. CREATIVE COLLABORATOR

I am a French-English bilingual actor, executive coach and psychotherapeutic counselor with 20+ years experience working with individuals and groups both in a professional corporate context, and in the intimacy of their personal lives. I trained as a psychotherapeutic counsellor at The Psychosynthesis Trust following an Advancer Practitioner Diploma in Executive coaching and my approach is integrative: I bring my blend of artistic passion, corporate expertise and psychotherapeutic insights to offer a holistic, integrative approach to personal growth and transformation.
