10-Hour ICF CCE Advanced Program For Coaches

WEMANITY RELATIONAL GROUP COACHING FOUNDATIONS:

Coaching Groups as Zones of Proximal Development

What to Expect

Development is not something that happens to us — it is something we do together. The group is not the setting. The group is the practice.

Wemanity Relational group coaching program the entry point to a deeper pathway in group coaching — designed for experienced coaches ready to expand their systemic and relational impact. You won’t just study group coaching; you’ll practice it in real time, working directly with live dynamics, tension, and emergence.

The program includes 8 hours of live, interactive training and 2 hours of structured asynchronous learning to strengthen integration and application. You’ll develop the capacity to facilitate trust, collective insight, and cultural shifts — leaving with practical tools, stronger relational presence, and a clear understanding of the group as a living system.

Our approach

We practice what we teach. Our coaching is experiential and our approach is rooted in Social Therapeutic practice, Play and relationality.

Research around Vygotsky’s developmental theory, shows that development happens in Zones of Proximal Development—environments where people can do things in advance of who they are, rehearsing new ways of being.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Conversation and emergence as the activity of becoming — the group is process oriented.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced certified coaches grounded in advanced relational, improvisational and systemic coaching practice.

❋ A Supportive Space

Designed to foster psychological safety, courageous experimentation, and meaningful professional growth.

❋ Social therapeutic roots

You’ll work within a collaborative cohort where shared inquiry and peer practice expand collective insight.

❋ Play

A creative methodology for presence, listening, and co-creation — with joy.

Group coaching is no longer an optional skill — it’s a strategic capacity for experienced coaches who want to expand their impact and work systemically.
