FAQ: 1-t-1 Coaching
-
What is coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching helps you grow through awareness, presence, creativity, and action. It’s collaborative and future-oriented—focused on developing new ways of being, relating, and creating change.
Unlike therapy, which often looks at healing the past and based on psychology, coaching invites you to practice who you’re becoming. It’s not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about building with others what’s possible. -
What kinds of people do you work with?
I work with individuals from all walk of life and across backgrounds—professionals, artists, parents, leaders, activists—anyone seeking deeper connection, purpose, or growth.
What connects them isn’t a specific identity but a shared desire to live with more creativity, clarity, and relational intelligence. -
How often do we meet?
Most clients meet weekly or biweekly, depending on life, goals and rhythm. We’ll decide together what feels sustainable.
-
How long does coaching usually last?
Life Coaching is an ongoing relational and transformation process. Some people work for a few months to navigate a specific transition. Most continue long-term as an ongoing practice of creative and relational development.
-
How much does coaching cost and what is "sliding scale"?
Session fees vary depending on format and duration. I offer a sliding scale to make this work accessible while honoring the value of the practice. We’ll discuss rates together before beginning.
Sliding scale means the session fee can flex based on your financial situation. This ensures fairness and inclusion. We agree on a rate together, and changes are made only by mutual agreement.
