How to Join
Step 1: Schedule a free 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation
Step 2: Attend an intake session (45 minutes) - can be more if desired
Step 3: Begin weekly group sessions in person in NYC

2025 Fees:
Intake Session: $150 (45 minutes, flat fee)
Group Sessions: $120–$60/session (90 minutes, sliding scale)
